It’s our 6th wedding anniversary and to celebrate we’re planting our first Bridal Shower peony variety! This November 2025, a limited number of individual 3/5 eye Bridal Shower peony roots are avaliable online and at Main Street Botanicals in Mahomet, IL.

The Bridal Shower Peony

Its bloom is the laughter of a couple unashamed to show the world pure love. Its white ivory petals are a dance - they twirl in the breeze like the twirl of the dress. They fall into the arms of the one they have chosen, and with a sigh they say, “I’ll love you for a lifetime”. And in the case of a peony that can bloom for 100 years, “Bridal Shower” couldn’t be more fitting!

The swoon worthy bomb-type blooms open 6 - 7” in diameter during early-mid peony season (May/June). Its lush foliage reaches a height of 34–36” and a width of 30–36”

Our roots are grown in the Midwest and harvested for fall planting.

This variety grows best in USDA Growing Zones 3-8.
